Don't leave it too late for Christmas deliveries!

Although the parcel networks have lots of statistical data and can plan their staffing levels for the build up to the festive break, there are many factors that can affect their ability to cope with the loading, (see below) so it is always best to plan your delivery requirements as early as you can.

Generally we’ve always found it to be OK and the networks seems to cope, but last year we saw a local depot get overwhelmed with the sheer volume of collections and deliveries, with the result being that they wouldn’t take in any more collections from the local area, two days before the planned cut-off.
